The marketplace
Tourlio provides software that connects travelers with independent operators. Operators — not Tourlio — sell and deliver the experiences and are the merchant of record for every booking.
Subscriptions & fees
Operators pay a flat monthly subscription. Tourlio charges 0% commission on bookings. Standard payment-processing fees are set by Stripe and borne by the operator.
Cancellations
Each listing publishes its own cancellation policy; refunds are calculated according to that policy at the time of cancellation.
